OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RadheY Green Residency Private Limited informs all the customers that if you are purchasing land from RadheY Green Residency Company then you will have to follow the conditions made by the company.
Bookings made under the offer will not be refunded.
It will be mandatory to get the proposed plot registered within 1 month.
Make sure to take the slip of the offer being run by the company from the company. Otherwise the company will not take responsibility.
Bookings less than Rs 51,000 will not be accepted under the offer and will have to be completed within a week. Any money paid will not be refunded after the withdrawal period expires
The booking amount made in the offer will be considered void with the company after 45 days. Booking money will not be refunded.
If a customer pays more than Rs 1 lakh for a plot offered in the offer, 35% of the refund will be forfeited by the company.
राधे ग्रीन रेजीडेंसी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड सभी ग्राहकों को सूचित करता है कि यदि आप राधे ग्रीन रेजीडेंसी कंपनी से जमीन खरीद रहे हैं तो आपको कंपनी द्वारा बनाई गई शर्तों का पालन करना होगा।
ऑफर के तहत की गई बुकिंग वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
प्रस्तावित भूखण्ड की रजिस्ट्री 1 माह के अन्दर कराना अनिवार्य होगा।
कंपनी द्वारा चलाये जा रहे ऑफर की स्लिप कंपनी से अवश्य ले लें। अन्यथा कंपनी जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेगी.
ऑफर के तहत 51,000 रुपये से कम की बुकिंग स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी और इसे एक सप्ताह के भीतर पूरा करना होगा। निकासी अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद भुगतान किया गया कोई भी पैसा वापस नहीं किया जाएगा
ऑफर में की गई बुकिंग राशि 45 दिनों के बाद कंपनी के पास शून्य मानी जाएगी। बुकिंग का पैसा वापस नहीं किया जाएगा.
यदि कोई ग्राहक ऑफर में दिए गए प्लॉट के लिए 1 लाख रुपये से अधिक का भुगतान करता है, तो रिफंड का 35% कंपनी द्वारा जब्त कर लिया जाएगा।
